A veteran gospel singer, popularly known as Evangelist Edward Akwasi Boateng has revealed that, the reason for the collapse of his marriage was because of financial difficulties.
Speaking in an interview with Dave Hammer on Hello Entertainment Review, the singer said his wife was always threatening him with divorce before her family finally brought his 'Etiri nsa'.
He added that a lot of Pastors including Evangelist Akwasi Awuah intervened to save the marriage but proved futile.
He however stated that, he is now free to consider getting married again after 5 years of divorce
The “Adea me pe nyinaa" hit maker revealed that, even though he struggled in life, he still had his faith buried in Christ that things will get better one day.
