When she initially presented the song, Mercy Chinwo expressed admiration, acknowledging, "Aww Mummy, you are anointed." Intrigued by the Ghanaian essence of the composition, she displayed interest in the local language.
In response, Diana Antwi Hamilton took on the task of assisting her in pronouncing certain words using Twi phonetics. The challenge arose when encountering words like "Nyakopong" and "Nyame," as the English language lacks the "Ny" sound. Despite this hurdle, through divine intervention, Mercy Chinwo successfully navigated the pronunciation, delivering a flawless rendition of the song without any apparent difficulty.
