In an interview with TV3 Ghana on Showbiz 360, Uncle Ato shared his concerns, citing Luke 10:7, which states, "every laborer deserves their wages." He highlighted the biblical principle that those who work diligently are worthy of fair compensation.
Uncle Ato further referenced 1 Corinthians 9, where it’s noted that no soldier goes to war at his own expense, emphasizing that workers are deserving of attention and support.
"We are called to act compassionately," he explained. "If we can gather church funds to support the homeless or contribute to orphanages, then it should be seen as natural and appropriate to also support those who serve within the church. What’s the issue in helping those who dedicate themselves to giving?"
