Grace Ashley Launches Nationwide Menstrual Hygiene Campaign
Grace Ashley, a popular gospel singer, is celebrating her 25th anniversary by launching a nationwide campaign to educate students in all 16 regions of Ghana about menstrual hygiene. Her goal is to raise awareness, break stigmas, and provide sanitary products to students who need them.
Through her NGO, the Ghana Child Educational Foundation, Grace has been helping underprivileged students. This new initiative expands her support, bringing essential information and resources on menstrual health to schools across the country. She will visit schools, share her knowledge, and distribute sanitary towels to those in need.
In addition to her musical career, which includes 13 albums, Grace has been recognized for her philanthropy and received several awards, including a National Award in 2007. Through this campaign, she encourages others to join her in promoting menstrual hygiene and empowering young people for a brighter future.
